Remember that not all buyers are as educated on the pluses and minuses of 944 ownership as those of us on this board are. I would imagine that many car purchases (especially sports cars) are quick and emotional decisions. These people are not likely to get the best deals. Heck, if I ever decided to sell mine I wouldn't advertise it here - you guys know what it's worth!

I disagree. I think that they are usually pretty on. If I understand correctly their values are partialy taken from what readers post to them. The problem is that everyone wants to look at the Excellent value when it most likley should not be considered excellent condition. Good condition for my car is at $11,345 and excellent is $15,188. I think it is worth $12,500 and I am sure I can get that if I wanted to. So to me they are correct.

You're right...My mailman is an idiot. He's run over my trash cans twice (it's a 96 gallon huge mass of plastic!) when they are placed on the curb for trash day.

BTW - I spent two weeks at Alpharetta about 4 years ago while going to a training class. I used to take the GA-400 down to Buckhead every night. Fun times!

Just got mine this evening. Wow if these values are true then we are "moving on up!"

I know my car has too many miles to be considered Excellent, but the price they list is more than I paid for my car 6 years ago.
