Need to get smell out of my car
#2
Is this a technical question? >=Þ um... wet/dry vac with shampoo/carpet cleaner will be a good start, hopefully it didn't soak in overnight and you were smart and cleaned it up when you got home. If it soaked into the carpet pad and sound deadening, the smell will linger for quite some time I'm afraid!
Sounds like it's time for some Pine Tree air fresheners!

Yeah, unfortunately it soaked in for a good while. All night.
By the way, drinking and driving is bad. Very bad. I'm feeling so lucky right now, I guess I can deal with a puke soaked car better than some other things that could have happened. I'm not usually a religious person and it probably sounds lame.... but I feel like somebody was looking out for me last night.
Where can you buy those pine tree things? I've seen them in so many cars, but I don't think I've ever seen one in a store. It makes you think...

Yeah it's easy to say "hur hur I shouldn't drink and drive" after you do it.
Be glad you didn't kill somebody's mother, father, children, etc. You should've just said you were sick, and that's why you puked.
I agree with Spidey on the cleaning.

In true party animal style.
Well, I can't say it's never happened to me although it was a sick passenger in the 83, not myself.
Ventilation! Park the car in a safe place and leave the windows open a crack. If your car has a sunroof, definitely try leaving it out as much as possible

i had someone puke in the back of my eclipse one time- yeah tiny little seats and they puked on the floor luckily- but they didnt tell me. Next morning i found it after smelling something like cherry vomit. Went to the car wash and used the vac, then the shampooer, then a whole bottle of fabreeze.

Well, I got this thing that you clip to the A/C vent and its working pretty well. Also, the carpet got a good dose of Fabreeze after using some Armor all carpet cleaning stuff. I'm taking a girl out tomorrow night so hopefully everything will be good by then.
Haha, it wasn't too much. I think most of it went out the window, but picture a couple bowls of chicken soup (my dinner) poured all over the place. Nothing a good ol vacuum cleaner can't handle.
Haha! Yeah I dunno how well that would go over...
To top it all off, I lost my left shoe...
