They just turn on a little later than I want. They turn on at the third mark on the gage. I don't think this is a problem because it cools off immediately but it just doesn’t seem correct.

Other than installing a low temp switch (can't remember if you have one or not) and doing what you said you have done, I am not sure what else to suggest. I am assuming your system is void of air pockets. Maybe your gauge is just wonky.

Thats what I forgot!!! I havent bled the system yet. I will do that tomorrow and see what happpens. Thanks for the help.

I bled the system and the problem is fixed!!! Thanks for all the help.

What thermo switch did you get? there are three different temp switches, check out paragon's site they have them all. You might just need a cooler switch.
