FPR Troubles
Okay so after replacing my fuel pump and filter, my car ran for a day without stalling. It's back now in force. I'm thinking now about a bad FPR. (Search did me no good) When I take the vaccum lines off the FPR and damper, it smells like gas inside the line. Does that indicate bad diaphragms? Thanks in advance.

If theres gas in the vacuum line coming off the FPR, that generally indicates that the diaphragm inside the FPR has given up the ghost..
For what its worth, it happens to the best of us. Yeah, even me.
Going back to the basics: how are the plugs? Black plug tips (ergo super rich) might also point to a failed FPR.

Both the dampener and the FPR have bad diaphragms then, and I haven't checked the plugs in a while. If anyone has both for sale used in good condition or new I'd like to get them.
