Default Just wanted to say thanks to some people..

Well tonight I took the car out for the first drive since installing the Lindsey MAF, Lindsey 3" exhaust, t04/hybrid turbo, 52lb injectors, 951 max chips, plx wideband, power perfect, and koni yellows. All I have to say is OH MY !!!!!!!!!!!!

This damn car is CRAZY fast now. I just wanted to say THANK YOU to

Sam Grant, Dan Jauch, Mike Murcia and pretty much all of Rennlist for helping me get this car where it is today.

In the next couple of months I will get it fine tuned and on a dyno for some numbers.

Again thanks to all.

Justin

when he called me tonite he had been running 16psi- that turbo isnt even awake until 18 i would say- but his description was unfu--ing believable IIRC.

Not awake until 18? They wake up at rpm and run out of punch at psi.

You know, I don't think numbers come on a dyno. I'm pretty sure they come on the track....

I see your point, but after investing this amount of effort in modifying a car, it's quite understandable that most people look for some hard numbers from a dyno to measure how the car's power output has changed.

Helps you take it to the track with your eyes open.

Congrats, Justin. I know how it feels. What a "WOW" event it is when it is running right (nice cold day, eh?) and you can get on it. FWIW, I certainly want to know what my RWHP is before heading to the track. My car is very similar to Justin's and it is nearly track undriveable when the boost is all the way up (near 400WHP). I much prefer only about 350 of it getting to the asphalt. OK, it may not be undriveable but it certainly requires a different driving style.

Well done!
