I guess if someone is OK with a half-azzed inspection they can look for the cheapest one............ To me, $200 sounds cheap to know exactly what to expect. At shop hourly rates $200 still isn't much time spent going over the car. $100 would probably get you a tire kick and dipstick wipe.

 

Ok so the guy has posted extra pictures. He wouldn't take it 50 miles away to the nearest porsche dealer for an inspection as its no longer insured. I'm not too bothered about the cosmetics right now as I would use it as a DD in the spring and summer. Inspection place pointed out to me by Lord Galva. Still at $6000 with less than a day to go. Should I risk it and at what $ level?
