still, what can be done with the torsion bars in rear?
Two things

1) Lower on the eccentric = may 1/2 lower

2) Reindex the t-bars and/or install stiffer ones. = lower and level you want, but take ALOT more work.

What's holding that up, the tires hitting the top of the wheel well?

Well Z-man has a picture of the front of his S2 with 3" drop, but the rear has a 3" lift. Crazy track guys.

so the eccentric is a much easier way to go with, and 250lb springs in front?

what would be a good complementing choise for rear shock/spring and loose t-bars = better choice?

I don't think that springs and shocks will run more then $1000 so it's not bad; is there an aftermarket full coilover suspension for my '83 from other/newer models that will fit/work?

eccentric = 1 hour job + alignmnet
T-bars = 12 hour job + aligment.

250bls front springs + stock t-bars = understeer = Not good but can be made "ok" with a bigger rear sway bar. This is about all you can do short of really tearing into the suspension quite a bit.

stock shocks will work fine. No "full coilover" suspensions out there that have not all ready been mentioned.

so new shocks/struts, billstein or koni, 250 springs, bigger sway bar front and rear, and eccentric

944online has M030 sway bars for front and for rear, 30mm front and 19mm rear, is this what I would need, or?
