Default Help With Compression Test

I will be doing one tomorrow morning and I cannot find what the acceptable results would be! Can someone tell me what range I should be within?

I gained about 15psi when the engine is warmed up and the throttle opened full, which is how you wish to do the test anyways.....

Don't be surprised with low number on a cold engine and closed throttle body.

The factory wear limit is 145psi at sea level. Anything north of 160psi is good.

oops...I think that is for '87+ cars for some reason. Maybe someone can confirm that?

Mine's around 190 psi (early 85) with +1mm over U.S. pistons.
