How do you reckon you could intercool that setup? To feed an intercooler the M90 gets a little hat that ducts air to the side. It looks like you would need a new manifold to permit intercooling. I wonder what you could do with E85 and a 4.5-5 bar of fuel pressure first. If that yields good results I would build a fuel system and tune for E85. I bet it'd fly with 8psi on E85. Hmmm.

I do understand that E85 has a much higher octane rating (as alcohol does) so it's better for forced induction.

Thanks Bleu!!! I actually missed the injectors as I was opening the package.
Any Rennlisters in CT who are good wrenches?
And yeah, I'll have some pics of the S2 from a real camera soon. LOL The crossfire is a very fun car by the way don't be dissin it. LOL

Yes, if you went to E85 you'd be replacing all the rubber in the fuel system. However if it worked, it'd be pretty cheap and easy to switch to E85 and leave the supercharger setup as-is. Half the fuel lines might stand to be replaced anyway. After proof of concept you'd probably want bigger injectors and some custom tuning, but you'd need those either way with an intercooled setup so that cost is always going to be there.
I'd replace all the rubber in the engine bay, put in an AFPR, crank the fuel pressure up to 4.5 bar and see how it runs. If it works, go after the rest of the rubber and start dialing it in.
Water Injection would probably also be great but you'd probably have to put injection ports in each runner.

When I looked at that manifold over at Dan's house I thought there was some kind of a slot setup to add a baffle in the plenum? Maybe I was thinking of something else but it sure seems like it was there.

^^^Oh I'll be messing with it, trust me.
Is anybody in CT looking to do any work? Anybody a machinist and want to tackle converting that manifold for intercooling? I'd pay real monies, not just pizzas. LOL
