Default Poll: What do you use your 944 for?
Just curious as to what % of us use our 944's for? Track only? Daily only? Something in-between?

When I originally got my car, it was a pure daily driver (and my only car). Then I started doing some track (autox), but was still a regular daily driver. Anymore it's 90% a de/autox car, with about the only street action being to/from events.

Weekend driver? After work car and occasional track use (1-2 times a year)

I have no idea what category I fall into.

Bought as my DD/beater.. now I park it at the far end of the parking lot and always suggest taking wifey's Lexus when we have to go to crowded parking areas. LOL

Hard question.

It's mostly a track car... but I'm in a void between daily drivers now as i just sold my VW, so it's a DD for now.

Started as a DD, now mostly AX with weekend drives to the mountains. Dec 15 - Spring 2008, it will be a garage queen, getting a makeover.

I actually voted garage queen though I drive the **** outta mine at the track. I say that because my cars spend far more time in pieces in said garage than on the road or track. But that's my own fault... I fell off the slippery slope and can't get back up

I'm glad to see so many DD's like myself.. Problem is I don't know if I'll ever be able to drive a "normal" car again..

Another oddball here... DD from April/May through October/November, Garage queen during the winter... winters can be a little hard here

mostly salt, and SUV drivers that think 4wd makes them immune to icy roads

Mostly track (surprise, surprise!) Last time I drove it was at Watkins Glen.

I'm picking it up from the shop tonight, and loading it on the trailer tomorrow morning, and heading down to Summit Point / Shenandoah tomorrow...
