Thinking of turning the 944 into a straight up street legal track car and using the 951 as a daily driver. Tough decisions...
I'd go to the extremes with both. Having two half & half cars will leave you always wanting more of a track car at the track, and more of a street car on the street. Not to mention if both cars fill the same 'niche' you'll just always end up driving the better of the two at that 'niche'...meaning one will get neglected.

When I had a street 944 + a street miata, I only ever drove the miata when the 944 was down. Now that I have the race-prep 944 & the street sti, I drive the sti on the street and the 944 at the track. Both see duty, and both are 'better' at their respective duties.

daily driver right now and only car. Drive to school 3 days a week about 70 km trip back and forth and also to work 3 days a week so the car is driven everyday pretty much.

so far it's been a great daily driver only worried about the winter. I have toyo proxes all seasons on and my university is up in the mountains and if we get some snow it sticks there for a long time and last year it snowed a ton up at my university on that one day even the bus got stuck lol.

might have to invest in some snow tires and second set of rims even though it only snows for a couple of days a year here.

I posted earlier but I thought I'd say that in the last year my car has only logged 2,700 miles

I did not quite fit in with any of the choices so I picked the daily driver. My real daily driver is a Harley Davidson Ultra which racks up the most miles of all my vehicles. I bought the 944 as a ‘winter’ driver for when the weather is too bad for the bike or I need extra trunk space. I have enjoyed the car more than I expected and may even have to try some auto-cross with it.

Same here.

One other benefit of this poll is it shows us how many of us are here. So far there's 102. Maybe we should start another and see what the breakdown is.
