Heat gun or bright construction lamp to warm them up then adhesive remove and a plastic scraper.

I just used a hairdryer set on high, and a plastic spatula to get the main stuff off.

Get some decal remover or rubbing alcohol to remove the rest (along with a good deal of elbow grease).

Good luck,

Keith

+1 on the hairdryer and plastic spatula. A heat guns runs the risk of melting into the paint.

Ive used a heat gun on the high setting like 1/2 inch away from the paint on both my cars and it didnt hurt it at all. Atleast not that I know of. lol

After that some automotive "Goo-gone" is the best stuff ive used. get out your collection of old credit cards if scrapers arent to your liking.

+2. And I would also use Goof-Off, which is excellent for removing some mild adhesive. Get it at Home Depot or Lowe's

Hairdryer and a scraper to get most of it, then a couple of coats of GooGone or some other such adhesive stripper that won't hurt the paint to get the leftover adhesive stuff to let go.

I left some scrapes behind, and was trying to be careful (so watch yourself) though I am going to get the whole car repainted and new guards are going over those areas anyway, so I'm not going to sweat it.
