Default "Sticky turn signals?"

Lets see here, when I use my turn signal sometimes the light sticks and the exterior turn signals will stay a solid color, not blink. This is a safety issue and I would like to know what everyone's opinion is on the matter.

My first instinct tells me it could be the turn signal relay; because the switch on the steering wheel works, occassionally it will work correctly, but sometimes it sticks on or off.

It most likely is your switch. There are several pieces inside the mechanism that can stick.
