Looking for inner door panels
Before I call Parts Heaven, 20th st auto, etc- I wanted to see if anyone had a set of 88+ black door panels. The later models had a much better design- those from my 85.5 are just terrible, those from my 88 are much more robust. Let me know.
Also, I would be VERY interested in the 968 style panels, but I may need all the accessories to go with those.
The most important thing is that they are all black. I'd even go for the 85.5s for a killer deal if they are in all black.

You can use SEM vinyl paint to make any door panel black. I have used this stuff EXTENSIVELY and I can attest to its abilities, quality, and ease of use. You could say I swear by the stuff.
I have turned a whole 944 interior from brown/tan into all black. I only replaced the steering wheel and shifter, everything else got sprayed, and it didn't wear away. The paint dries as a new layer of vinyl so it sticks well and looks right.
It's called SEM Color Coat. I got "Landau Black". You can search for it online or call your local paint stores, it's pretty common. Anyway, just givin' ya another option. Good Luck,

I just replaced my door panels, and have the old pair laying around, if ya's intrested. They are not black, but like arash said, for 5$ they can be any color ya want.
