Default 924 Euro Rear Bumper fit 951?

Does anyone know if a Euro rear bumper from a 924 will fit a 951?

I have one that I bought for my 924S but never installed and just wondering if it will fit the 951.

PET shows different parts #'s.

I know that the Euro front bumper from a 924 will not fit a 944, so maybe the rear is different too?

Dan's right. Also the 924 bumpers are designed without the bumper end caps on a 944 that flare to fit the fender.

Dan,
That back end looks sweet. What did you use and how did you do it?

well the euro 944 and 924 bumpers are both one piece, but the 44 euro bumpers are alittle wider- i also had to trim it out to clear the turbo rear valance. I bolted it to the car and filled the difference 1/4" or so w/ long hair fiberglass filler, then cut the bumper off of the car and smoothed everything out from there. Worked pretty well.

pete sold his car off and is playing in a Rush tribute band. He sold it to Russian Rocket and i believe he sold it again.

Borys - GT racing sells a bumper that is not too expensive. I have one on the back of my car and the fitment issues weren't too bad.

The black strip along the bumper is also different from a true euro 951 bumper.
