I see cylinder sleeves and different pistons, along with a knifed crank..

I've bought 2 things from them (fiberglass race dash and the pulleys). It took 3 weeks to get the race dash that was "ready to ship". Turns out it hadn't been made yet. Or, that was the excuse. I bought the pulleys on an ebay auction. After 3.5 weeks with no parts, and after numerous emails via ebay and personal email, i heard nothing. I started a paypal claim, and next thing i know it, it was sent over night. All kinds of excuses and everything else. you try giving someone the benefit of the doubt and it just didn't happen here. I heard all the horror stories about them, and now I have some of my own. I don't like to go on here and bash, but they are definitely not the kind of people you want to do business with.

Seems pretty lame to put 911 in the title, include 911 engine pictures, when the auction is for a 944/951/968 engine. But yeah, they sure are pretty!

I bought some 8.5 x 17 kinesis Wheels from him and it was all good and fast. I bought brake backing plates and the shipping was very slow and only after a follow up e mail. Who Knows??

I think its more like bidding on a contract for them to build you an engine.

12k

I know they're good and all, but that's the price of my car, it's maintenance for the last 3 years, and a chunk of the upgrades in it.

I agree that it looks like more of a bid to have them build you one then for an actual engine. The pictures tell me nothing other then they like fancy paint on clean engines.

For $12,000 they better be supplying their own engine and a car to go with it.. For $4250 less I could buy a 3.0 from Lindsey Racing and know I'm getting a good product IMHO.

they're using eBay as a very inexpensive advertising medium - common tactic for retailers. seemed to reach the intended market too - 944 Rennlist members who will post and discuss!

I think that price is for a 3.0 n/a, not a 3.0 Turbo engine.
