944 Books
Any recommendations on good reference books for the 944? Looking for a history/buyer's guide book.
I'm also interested in technical books. Not a big fan of Hayne's books. Does Bentley make a 944 book? I searched but couldn't find any.

My local borders has a 924/944 history type book sitting on the shelves. I cant remember the name or title though. As far as repair manuals go you have 2 choices, haynes and factory manuals. Its too bad Bentley doesnt make one, I have their manual for my GTI and its great! The factory manual is $600 if you can find a new one, used doesnt sell for much less than that. Check your PM.

Great pics, options decoder, numbers produced. The Brian Long book is good as well. The 944 Ultimate Portfolio is a good book as it collects articles on the 944 and it's variations from the car rags of the time.
