When you pay for a membership you get to sell stuff (but not too much stuff) and get a sig, along with OT access. I'll get around to doing it someday..

This is a porsche community. John who owns the site pays to keep it running. paying him the whopping $17 helps ensure that the site keeps going.

The little perks like posting FS or WTB ads and a signature are just tokens.

Dont join until you get $17 worth of correct advice, no make that $34 worth of correct advice. Then join since it will have already paid for itself. My guess is if you do that you will be a paid member by post number 50. That's the beauty of living in the good ole us of a. you can start your own site, pay for it to stay up, and set your own "LAME" rules. Until then, you and I are guests of John.

If i came into your house as a guest and unburdened myself with the force of a racehorse I am sure you would not appreciate it. I think John feels the same way with guests on his site.
