Do a carfax on it if your going to buy it. early cars only had 5 digit odo. so it could be 110xxx or even 310xxx. carfax would show that though.

Michigan doesn't require annual inspections of any sort, so CarFax wouldn't show it if the driver bought it with 10,xxx miles and drove it for 300,000 miles.

No mileage statement is required for annual tags (plates, tabs), either.

A good PPI and some detective work would show whether its 10k or 110k wouldn't it? I'd expect the seats, carpets to be un-worn.
