Starting to part
I have really only come out of shock today after the accident last week. I started to part out today and list on Ebay
I connected the battery on the car and the motor started straight up. No histronics whatsoever. The electrics work.
Pity about the apparent bend to the body and the different ride height front/rear and l/r.
How do you get the headlights out?
How do you get the front valence off?
For a start.
What is a complete engine/gearbox in running order and with no leaks worth? Add 100% for Australian value.
I'll be asking everones advice on how to remove stuff as the weeks pass by.
Thanks all.
P.S. Haven't had a drink in 7 days.

Headlights come out by removing the plastic cover and retaining/adjusting ring. Unless you mean the actual assembly, that you have to undo the headlight motor and the support brackets.

the front valence is held in by a bunch of 10mm screws and bolts, just search around and tug on it and it will come off. The bumper is simply two bolts straight up the two holes in the bottom. remember both of these slide out towards you they don't pull off down.
Headlights are pretty simple, I find it easier to pull them if the plastic coverings are off of them. Just take your time and wiggle them out.

I'm also interested in the euro front bumper.. behind v2rocket I remember way back when something happened to your car and I asked for it but you repaired the car so I'm sure the offer expired by now

Guys
Thanks for the interest.
I have no idea what these are worth, but, they will be priced to Australian values. i.e. probably more than it is worth to ship to the USA. I may be surprised and the value is not as high as I thought. We'll see after I do some research this weekend.
As an example there is a sump guard for sale on ebay.au starting at $AUD100.
I won't rip anybody off, and I wont overcharge, but remember my car cost me $11500 two years ago. Value of an '84 in great condition in the US is ?$5k.
Double what you would pay in the US.
I'll keep you notified. I'm gunna have a try at getting the front end stuff off today.

OK
Got the front spoiler and bumper off. Cleaned and on ebay. Probably too cheap. Also the sump guard.
I have someone closeby who wants the r side axle and CV joints. I dont even know what a CV joint is?
Next up:
Porsche original radio cassette - I have the *****/faceplate etc off. What next?
Then probably the seats - what unscrews and where? It's awefully cramped under there!
To the guys looking at the euro front stuff, the weights are on ebay. The spoiler is very flimsy and would be very difficult to pack properly, although there are places in town who specialise in this.

Stereo:
https://rennlist.com/forums/for-sale-ads-member-to-member-fs-wtb-free/362693-genuine-porsche-stereo-cassette.html
What am I bid for this original item? Before I put it on ebay.au.
Digital tuner, Dolby, Works well and loud. Hook up your MP3 player and transmit straight through the stereo.
Remember that I am in Australia, so shipping may be an issue. I estimate about 1-2kg in weight.
