Take the bottom protection plate off of the bellhousing, hopefully the bolt will fall out.

Mine fell between the the flywheel and the block. Luckily all I had reassembled at the time was the clutch/PP. Hopefully yours will come out the bottom.

It will probably fall out. I did this twice... Just spin the engine by hand with a wrench on the crank bolt until the little bolt works it way out.

Whatever you do, don't push that clutch in. The last thing you want is to have that bolt wedge between the pressure plate and the flywheel.

Just take the plugs out. Use a 24mm socket, and turn while you wait to hear the bolt hit the ground....hopefullly!!!!

Could also take the starter off, then spin the motor to see if it drops out.

thats real inspiration, i took the protection plate off and its a real tight fit, doesnt look like a bolt is going to fall anywhere. Should i drop the starter?

Drop the starter. Take out the spark plugs. Turn the engine over with a 24mm socket on the front crankshaft pulley. Turn slowly until the bolt falls down and (hopefully) out through the starter opening.

And don't push the clutch pedal!

nope- just two big bolts that hold it on- make sure your batt is disconnected and slide that baby out of there w/ the wires on it .
