Default Engine Bay Color, advice needed

Well, it's kind of ironic that I have helped so many people with their engine bay color decisions, that I can't figure out my own. The color scheme will be black/yellow, but i do not know what color for what parts.

I have already decided on a few things....

Lindsey Racing Fuel Injector/Knock Sensor Harness - Yellow
Fuel Rail - Black
Vacuum Lines - Yellow
Evolution Motorsports Bypass Valve - Black

Now where I need help.....

cam tower - yellow w/ blck letters OR black w/ yellow letters
SFR Intake Manifold
SFR Intercooler Pipes
SFR MAF Intake Pipe

Since your car is yellow, a yellow cam tower would be a little much. Go with a black cam tower and yellow letters, and black pipes with yellow hosing.

No yellow hosing.... Only 1 company makes it, SAMCO, and the pricing is HIGH

A black cam tower with yellow lettering would require black intake IMHO.

Please tell me that you aren't buildng the truly nolen porsche experience!!!

Yellow/Black Lts on the cam tower with a most unique intake. As you've done many solid color intakes, what's to say that you can't two-tone an intake? Black base, black throttle body connection, yellow pipes.

I say yellow tower with polished letters. All the SFR bits should be polished aluminum. Don't go overboard on the yellow/black thing.

i'm not a fan of polished aluminum. i don't want to have to keep it shiny/clean. PC'ed parts are easier to maintain.

It's your engine, but looking at the pics of your interior, you already have a ton of contrast in the seats, door panels, etc.

The polished stuff doesn't have to be mirrored finish. There are stages of finishing that look more like brushed alumium.

Keeping an engine clean isn't all that difficult. A little Simple Green goes a long way.

I've got a set of black parts I can sell you if you're going that route. The intake even has an underlying hint of yellow...
