Default corbeau sliders question

whats the difference between the sliders that say WSBLT (seatbelt) or HARNESS? I don't see why the SBELT ones would be relevant in a 944 as the seatbelts are bolted directly into the car. Am I missing something or is the 20$ extra for the SBELT sliders just crap?
Thanks for the help

ps. I am 6'0 175lbs 35" waist, should I go with a forza II instead of a regular forza? or maybe an a4? Its a dd/ track car, so I would like to have one seat that is bareable for 4-5 hr trips. They have too many models to choose from.
Thanks again.
