Default What's the best Gear Oil and Tranny Fluid for a 944 Track Car?

I am thinking about putting some Redline Synthetic like the MT-90 and lightweight shockproof gear oil. Is the shockproof gear oil the right thing to use or should I get the synthetic gear oil 75w90?

I have a 1988 944 with stock tranny and stock gears. NO LSD.

I use Motul from www.turbofrogperformance.com

I'm sure there are other places to buy it, but he's local to me.

This is a factory fill and here's where you get it:

I have run MT-90 in both my NA daily driver and turbo track car with no issues and great results. In my daily driver I instantly noticed better cold weather shifting and less notchiness. I have contemplated going with the Heavy shockproof oil but I cannot argue with MT-90's success. I felt safer sticking with a GL-4 rated oil and an oil designed for transaxles. Might want to check out Amsoil's MTG as well.

I have been used Redline heavy shookproof in my 944 racecar and been very happy with it. Came recommended from Chris Cervelli. I also used in my 944 Turbo S LSD box.

FWIW, I use Swepco synthetic tranny fluid in my car that sees a fair amount of track time...

I have read from a few forums that the shockproof gear oil might be too slippery for the syncros. I guess it is not the case with the 944's?
