Take the car out with the stock chip for 5~15 minutes and let the DME re-adapt - see if it behaves differently, more like the FRW.

Every time I reset my DME (disconnect the battery) it comes of throttle much more slowly until it re-adapts.

And here's another thought. Did you plug your altitude sensor back in? That causes fuel air ratio changes too I think..

i dont think i ever unplugged the altitude sensor. After taking it for a drive, it acts like the wilk chip did, with the stock chip. But i havent had it stall, it does drop way below normal idle though and spits and sputters, with either chip.

Stock fuel/ignition maps as conservative so that the chip behaves consistent with most cars old or new. You can improve performance by being more aggressive with the maps but the maps ideally should be tailored to the car. A generic performance chip may not suit some cars. Overfuelling for example will decrease performance. Too much advance will cause detonation and require high octane fuel to benefit performance. I believe the FRW chip is overfueling in this application. Try to improve air flow into the engine like new air filter and exhaust and check O2 sensor (if FRW chip is using it).

That's why you run 91 octane

91 octane does nothing on a stock car. Chipped cars MUST use 91. I don't care what anyone says, I've heard too many bad stories of cars not running on premium...

im only running 89, thats all i heard to with a wilk, use midgrade. I have done a top end rebuild on this car, and only just got it running friday. So it has new filters, plugs, cap, rotor, wires, exhaust valves rebuilt TB, freshened head, injectors, vaccuum lines, gaskets, fluids... and probably more that im forgetting

I HAVENT touched, FPR, FPD, AFM, or DME except to change back to stock chip, problem still similar with stock chip so i dont think its gas. or even the DME now for that matter
