Default Back in the P-Car fold

Well I'm back, just as the title says. I joined here a number of years ago but sold my '83 back in '04 to help finance a move to Richmond, VA. I slinked off at that point and lurked here for a a couple of months until I was supposed to buy a very nice 85.5 out of Kentucky. As soon as that happened, however, my father got sick in Atlanta so any chance of a p-car reunion was dashed.
About 8 months ago, I was able to buy a '73 Datsun 240z, a car I have lusted over for many years but was never able to find a nice one. Shortly thereafter, I sold my '98 BMW 328i and bought a new '06 350z (I'm a z-guy from years back and have owned dozens of them. I still own my first Z, a '79 280zx). This was all with the encouraging and help of my girlfriend who recognized my need to get back into the car hobby.
Last week, my gfriend went car shopping for an M roadster (z3 model). While looking, we found a very nice '88 944. Of course, the desire came flying back and smacked me in the face. I drove it and was smitten. My girlfriend found a nice low mileage '00 M and I purchased a 142k, two owner, maroon '88 944. I'll post pics as soon as I take some. I'm quite happy and feel comfy getting back in the swing with the p-car guys.

Oh so that was you!! Good. When I bought the car, it only came with the wheel key and the original master key which is pretty rough. Now I need a key head with working light and I'm set!!

Here are some rather crappy pics as promised. The car is dirty because I haven't been home to clean it this weekend.
