Question steering wheel

I wanted to know what steering wheel I need (ID and spline) for my 86 951. I have a nice momo steering wheel now but when I took the horn off I noticed that the ID of the steering wheel is much larger than the shaft, so it's only being held on by friction from the nut (kind of scary ). I think this steering wheel is for an air bag car but I am not sure. Could somebody please shed some light on this.

Thanks,

J_Kapp
