I think you have to have over 13 posts or something to post pictures.

OK - I'm about ready to give up here. I just e-mailed him that I'd go for the $18K asking price and now he's second guessing if he wants to sell it. I think this guy is kinda attached to the car, I am excited and feel sorry for him all at the same time. I JUST WANT THAT CAR!

I would grab it at 18K. Pristine cars are hard to come by.

With that said. Just make sure the timing belts are up to snuff. And inquire about the clutch. These would not be deal breaker items for me personally. If the clutch feels ok I would be comfortable with that but figure if it has an original rubber hub it will need to be changed at some point.

The belts and WP are a bit of a project but nothing horrible with a little help from those in the know.

Oh, you might want to report the sale price to Excellence magazine. I always like to see nice cars fetch good money reported to them.

I think I know this "guy" your talking to. If so, I think you would be more than pleased with the car.

Value.... 10k to 18k Range is wide since this varries on condtion. 9/10 for one person may not be the same 9/10 for another. Plus at 18k you will need to find the right buyer and that may take a while.

Default What ever happened?

Wondering what ever happened? Did you buy this car?

I am curious to know because I am going to sell my 89 turboS soon, just waiting for the weather to get a bit better. Mine is in nice shape, the standard upgrades, 84K miles and $12K would take it home for someone. I just don't get to play with it anymore, too many other toys/interests.

Just watching the market..... getting ready to sell. Snowing today in Rochester NY.

This was an April Fools Joke, it played out in another thread. Gobogie is/was on the fence about selling his immaculate TS, and had us going for 4/1. The price info is solid, though. I'd like to think your 89 at 12K will get a LOT of interest!
