Default Exhaust Sound Clips

Since I've been looking all over for sound clips, I think we should have a thread dedicated to them. More importantly, N/A clips. Almost all of the ones that are found on YouTube are for the turbo which is a completely different ballgame. Anyway, Lets hear what chu got.

No idea how to do that but I did see that you can download F1 sounds for ringtones. Pretty cool stuff, straight, gear change and start up I think.

Nope, but here's some clips of the SFR Borla XR-1 on an '84 8V:

(I think the connection is down at the moment, but it'll be back shortly)

I'll try and get some clips of mine later this week. Has a Bosal Brospeed muffler and test pipe. Test pipe adds a lot of volume to it, so it's pretty loud, but I like it

Yup, i have toyed with the idea of going with a test pipe or resonator but do not want to bother dealing with emissions issues. I do have a friend that can help me in that area, but still prefer not to have to rely on him to do my inspection every year. I was going to replace it with a hi-flow Magnaflow cat, but my car has no problems passing emissions, no sense in changing it. Ideally i would get the slip in cat / test pipe from SFR...but thats another $700 or so.. .

I took the cat off my friends '89 (with the y-pipe and flanges) and it was not nearly as heavy as i thought it was going to be....thats really the main reason i wanted to take it off.
