Czar it was about 125, but it was cheaper than buying a new hinge and cover that's supposed to be there. And is more functional IMHO.

I put the 9xAuto style cupholder underneath the armrest. Took a little modification of the cassette tray to get it to fit but at least it's out of the way when not in use.

Cheapest place I found them was Ultimate Cupholders

(Side note, the car looks funny to me in these old pics with the black interior...)
