Default WTB: Rear view mirror

I just had my windshield replaced in preparation for a track day on 3.31. When the mirror was removed it basically fell apart. Anyone have one in good shape theyd like to part with? Let me know how much $$

Your average autozone/etc should have a good replacement for $20 or less..it's what I used.

you may want to look into the gentex self dimmers, they sell adhesive mounts like ours use, and are getting pretty cheap.

Its a track car, I dont need anything fancy. The local parts store wants $35 for a generic replacement so I thought Id see if anyone here had one laying around.

I got a generic replacement for 17 bucks at my FLAPS. However I had an OEM sekurit windshield installed and the porsche mirror holder is non standard, go figure. I ended up gluing another to the windshield just above it for the generic model.

Note, be sure to pick up windshield adhesive when you buy the mirror... it's generally not included and is a 'special' glue... I was told nothing else will work quite as well.

yeah... the glass guy was really cool and left me with some of the winsdhield stuff for when I do the mirror. I think if Im going to have to pay Im just going to get one of those 5 panel mirrors since visibility is pretty limited when youre strapped in. Thanks guys!!
