Default odd whining/squeak noise?

Hello,
I have been breaking in the engine I just rebuild a few thousand miles ago, all has been going well so far.
The other day I got in to drive up to my night class and the car was making a squeak that sounded like a loose belt.
I turn the wheel, and the squeak doesn't change, so its not the PS belt, and then I pop the hood.

The noise is coming from the back of the engine. Almost sounds like it's coming from the bell housing. All the belts are tight so it's not an echo from the front.
The sound is much more evident when sitting in the car and it gets drowned out by the engine when above 2k rpm. But the frequency does seem to go up when I hit the gas...

The only thing i can think of is the dampener plate (The car is Auto) because that is the only thing in the back of the engine that would make a squeaky rubber sound.

Anyone have any ideas?

Default

Maybe a small high pitched exhaust leak, or a leak causing something to vibrate?
