and do you make wheel spacers? I want some that really fill out my front and rear fenders perfectly, I have longer studs, but it seems I can get more width than from the factory spacers I'm using and I don't want to stack spacers.

Nope, not yet - I could probably do it, but our machines aren't normally setup for something like that.

Who wants to make me a set of long-stroke pistons for an early NA and only charge $1 apiece?

I could take a picture of MY package, but I'd be banned for obscenity.

It's funny Sharky, I just had a different picture in mind when I opened this thread...

I am going to have to get a set of those hatch pins, just looks too cool! Nice work!

Starting out I think you are on the right track, and the fact that you even consider the issue of waste is more than admirable. Then again you are the savior of the 44, don't believe me...search. When you get to a certain point you can investigate other packaging solutions(obviously a small increase in cost to cover additional expenditures in packaging). In the emergency service vehicle industry bulb boxes are perfect for all the products in that jg order hatch shot.

Now slightly off topic. I was very very impressed when I have done business in Svenske. Even the McDonalds has the multi-bin recycle method. Cardboard, other, then Bio. Unfortunately here in the states...not so much. It is not remotely hard. Here in the sticks of Texas they have no recycle...no profit. When I lived in Arlington, they at least had paper, plastic and glass.

nice stuff sharky,
i'll go out on a limb here and ask what would it take to create a set of control arms? i'm sure we could find one to laser 3D scan, would this be in the realm of possibilities. i would love a set of charlie arms but they are almost impossible to locate, even at full price. liability aside, can it be done?

I have thought about it and would like to offer AFFORDABLE a-arms. But that will have to wait until I grow my company a bit.

Good idea. That will be also 10x better at protecting the threads from each other than plastic baggies do.

Sharky47 - nice arrangement you have, and great looking products. Keep up the good work.
