BTW: Did you also end up making SS studs for the downpipe and exhaust flange connectors also? I already have the Saturn exhaust manifold studs on there but the rest of the exhaust hardware would be great in SS.

It's on the agenda - just gotta work though everything - remember, I am using excess machine capacity of the company I work for. I go to the end of the line when "real" jobs come in........

As far as improving operation - yes - a little bit. Crap will have a harder time sticking to it, and the surface is MUCH smoother than the stock ones.
But mainly, they will always look nice - never rusty - and the price is right

I agree with most of the statements on this post. I have looked at your website and I am impressed with your product offerings and they seem to be of high quality, at least from the pics. You also seem to keep the price with in reach of the average enthusiast.
But, with this product... are people really needing a replacement? Or will just buy it because "for 13 bucks it sure looks good"?
Like I said, I like your approach and pricing and appearance of quality manufacturing, but I am not sure why people are buying these.
Now, after replacing my speed and reference sensors last week, I really like your gap setting tool. Inovative and priced very well!
Cheers

Burning Brakes
I would imagine most are buying because its shiny.... :P
Or, like most, their Rear Hatch sticks, and the original pins look like crap. Every time you open your Hatch you see them, so its not like its something odd you'll never use.
Personally I was planning on changing out the mechanics for my release, this is a lot better looking then the OEM parts I would have purchased.
*I will note though that there are two different sets of Pins from Porsche. One is a Audi/VW Part Number (823), and the other is a 944 Porsche number. Don't know the difference, but we will see what happens.

Drifting
something that I disliked in the factory design was the lack of a way, aside from pliers, to wrench on the pin to adjust it or break it free. Perhaps a small hole... the diameter of a common allen wrench - drilled through the round head would remedy that.
