I got the same call and did a little research. From movieweb.com:

Friday, February 9th, 2007
Julia Roberts and Carrie-Anne Moss have signed on to star in the ensemble drama, Fireflies in the Garden for Senator Entertainment; Emily Watson and Ryan Reynolds are in negotiations to join the cast.

The film marks the German company's first U.S. production; it's written by Dennis Lee, who will make his directorial debut on the project. The story is loosely based on Lee's life and explores the complexities of love and commitment in a family torn apart when faced with an unexpected tragedy, says The Hollywood Reporter.

Shooting on Fireflies in the Garden is scheduled to begin in March in Austin.
Sounds crappy. I'm guessing the "unexpected tragedy" is a car accident. The tragedy is a couple of 944s will be destroyed for this drivel.

I agreed to meet them so they could take pics of the 951. I'm waiting for a follow up call. Don't think it's something I'll want to do though. Maybe I can convince them to buy chassis that are already bent for the crash scenes.

I'd take 7 grand- they could trash the 924S- it may hurt but I'd get over it. Then buy ckathens' 951.

I once did an episode of walker tx ranger and they wanted to use my car.(at the time 80 black 928 euro S) I said sure, if I am driving...they were fine with that....but it was only a drive by and park scene. Let's just say, if you aint in it and it is moving you probably don't want your car to be either.

I'd request a part in the movie as well as complete involvement in any use of the vehicle...but definitely the part in the movie!
