Whats the best way without causing too much damage to remove brackets like the one for the hatch switch? Ive never had much luck on previous cars cutting these things off

I cut a bunch of small brackets off using a dremel tool with a cutting disc, then used a grinding wheel on the dremel to smooth out the rough surface.

big cuttoff wheel powered by an air compressor and an electric grinder. Take about two minutes.

I love how my Dremel is soo handy for everything, lol.

Use what you have access too, and are most familiar with, and you shall do the best job!

Best of luck.
