Default Repairing sagging front air dam

I know of a air dam locally that is 100% intact. However the lower lip is sagging in the center. Has anyone had success reshaping it with a heat gun? I am wondering if the polyurethane will retain its shape after heated. Anyone have luck with this?

i usuall fix it by putting a metal braket on the inside of the nose on the piece that points towards the rear of the car. Piece of metal w/ two holes, a couple of pop rivets or screws and its all done.

My 944 came with a little brace like that... I always thought it was stock, but I guess not. Anyway it did the job of holding the front spoiler straight.

i can try and get you some pics of mine when i head home this weekend. although mine hasn't worked to nearly the same effect (i presume i really shouldve heated it up and positioned it better before drilling). just get some metal all purpose strapping, shoot it with whatever color you want, drill out 2 holes, run the screws through and put nuts on the end. i'll get some pics when i have a chance, though they're unimpressive.
