(SOLD) FS: OZ Racing "Ceres" Wheels (BBS-Style) Early Offset
SOLD 2/26/07 locally
Updated: Price is $200 + shipping (or none for local pickup).
Lightweight OZ "Ceres" BBS-Style wheels which should fit early offset 944's May also fit some 911's, 928's, 924's, and Volkswagens (VW's) of various types with or without adapters.
Fronts are 7Jx16H2, offset ET 23
Rears are 8Jx16H2, offset ET 11
Manufactured in Italy by Oz Racing (http://www.ozracing.com/) in 1983. Wheels weigh a little over 18 pounds each and are in great condition. They appear to have been refinished at some point but still look great. Centercaps are included (see pics).
I purchased these wheels at the Partsheaven swap meet (http://www.partsheaven.com/pages/swap_meet_060406.html) a few years ago for my '83 944 but never got around to mounting tires on them. Move forces sale.
Wheels are located in San Francisco and I'd prefer a local sale. However, I'm willing to ship them if the buyer pays actual shipping & packaging costs.
Thanks!

These wheels are a bastard to clean, btw...
get out my toothbrush every time I wash the car, maybe 10 minutes a wheel to get every nook and cranny...but damn do they look good afterwards.

I just picked up some wheels almost identicle to these. Mine are also OZ 'Ceres' but all 4 are 16X8 ET 11 and they have a different look to the lip.
Of course I was told they were genuine BBS (came with BBS centercaps), and that they were 16X6, but that's Ebay for ya. My fault for not asking to see pics of the stampings right? If I had paid more than $200 for them I'd be livid, but I'm not, that's what I paid, and they will just have to be used on my CGT rather than the stock 931 that they were purchased for.
GL with sale. FWIW these wheels are very light, and look every bit as nice as the real BBS I have had in the past.

Sold locally. Thanks guys! I really did want to sell them to a rennlister but a local offer came up really quickly and I'm so busy with packing up the house that I couldn't justify passing it up.
