Exclamation alittle help Part 2

Ok I put the car on floor ramps and am trying to figure out what the problem is. Here’s a list of symptoms the car can go in and out of gears just fine clutch engages and disengages but when you engage the clutch it will try to move forward a little bit then all of a sudden it will fall back to were it is and start grinding. I recorded the sound it makes before and while it’s grinding any help would be awesome.
