Luckily I didn't send this guy any money, but yes... paypal is definitely a buyers best friend when it comes to eBay transactions. They side with the buyer nearly 90% of the time... and are very good at sniffing out shady sellers that offer cheap crap or use special wording to try and protect themselves from giving out refunds. I really don't like purchasing something online if they don't accept paypal.

I just made the post in hopes that someone else doesn't give him money and learn my lesson the hard way.
