Burgundy pass. door panel, pass. bumper pad, and ashtray

Burgundy pass. door panel, pass. bumper pad, and ashtray
There are three minor cosmetic things about my car that bug me:
1. My burgundy passenger door panel has a tear near the front of the door that is visible only when the door is open. Otherwise it looks perfect.
2. The passenger side rear bumper pad that I bought from a dismantler to replace the original (on which one of the studs had broken) looks like it spent 20 years baking in the sun and will not match the original on the driver's side no matter how much vinylex and back to black I use. I'm glad that I asked for one in concours condition -- I'd hate to see what you get otherwise.
3. My ashtray is perfect on the outside, but the metal tray inside has some marks/corrosion from change, gum, or hard candy being left in it years ago. Much of this came out with 000# steel wool, but not all of it.
Anyone have any of these items in excellent to perfect condition? It would be much appreciated!
