With DE season approaching I'll need to start thinking about replacing my worn out track tires for the 944. Anyone find any good deals online lately?

The local source for Toyo's ( and Hoosiers) is Radial Tire in Silver Spring, MD. Owner is Paul Moorcones. PCA Member and Grand-Am driver. He will hook you up.

Word of warning though, their location sucks. There is no parkign and they are always busy. Easiest thign to do is to drop the wheels off one day, come back a few days later and pick them up.

I've bought tires twice before with Radial. Agree with the great reviews.. for me though its a royal PITA to get down there since I NEVER go over to that size of town.
My only complaint is the whole waiting in line part. Did that twice and was waiting in their posh facilities for several hours (even when I DID get there early!) The few bucks I save out the door isn't worth the time out of my day and the distance I have to drive to use them. Long run I save money by ordering online and having my small town garage do the M&B.
So far:
Edgeracing - $128/tire
Wheel Source - $137/tire
TireRack - Not Listed
DiscountTire - Not Listed
1010Tire.com - $199/tire
BMWWheels.com - $128/tire
TireDeals4Less.com - $132.95

Ive used edgeracing before. Last 3 sets of tires and a set of wheels for my GTI came from them. I didnt have any problems with them, but one time they used DHL to ship and it took almsot 3 weeks to get my tires. When theyve shipped UPS no problems at all.
