Is it a snugger fit with the little extra thickness added from the powdercoat?

Just a tad more than the original paint. I did not have to fight with them to get them to go on.

30mm, Racer's Edge only makes that end delrin sleeve for the 30mm bar.

Albert..your tempting me to order the M030 sways and delrin......must resist and save for 951! The sways look great though, ill have to take mine off one week and have my friend powder coat them.

I keep going back and fourth with saving for a 951 and buying more stuff for this car. 29mm torsion bars, 300lb springs, M030 sways front and rear and the delrin bushings would be the finishing touch.

Albert, have you seen the article on the 968 Forum about slotting the center delrin bushing (for the front bar) so it can hold some grease? There is also mention of shaft collars to hold the bushing in the clamps. The idea behind this is that it stops any noise which may develop and prevents the bushing from 'walking' across the bar.

Looks nice. I used some split collars to keep my bar centered and not put the load on the outter c-clips. To be honest, I am not a fan of putting a delrin bushing where the bar drops from the control arm and on the bar end. I am not sure the geometery there supports that little a tolerance. But this is just MHO.
