Yes. it's very posible to bend the A-arm without damaging or shifting the mounts. When I killed mine, I put the new A-arms on, and the original wheels, and took it to the dealer, and asked them to check every aspect of the suspension, and align it. they said it looked perfect, and it wasn't too far out of alignment.

No frame damage from what I could tell. I was not going that fast, only about 15-20 mph

edit: maybe it was like 30mph...i dunno

I hit the curb at 55-60 when I did mine. phone dials shatter at that speed...
