Ok, thanks for the help everyone. I took apart the handle for my floorjack and the top half fit around the breaker bar perfectly, so I managed to get that one bolt out, but was stopped when I realized I didn't have a gear puller (it was 9pm). So I'll go pick one up tomorrow and hopefully get this stuff off.
Is there anything fancy about putting the gears back on? Or do you just get it on as far as you can by hand and then tighten it into place with the bolt?

Nope, it's easy putting the gears and pulleys back on. There is a woodruff key set into the crankshaft, so you can only put the gears on one way.
I assume you want to do the front crank seal while you're there (suggestion, not question). To do this, you'll need to use wire cutters to get the woodruff key out. Hold the wire cutters horizontal and grab the woodruff key as close to the base as possible. Then lever the rear of the handle upward while holding the tip of the tool down. This is the best way to get that mother F------ key out.
Then you'll need a seal obviously, an o-ring and I suppose you should also replace the oil pump sleeve WYIT. Hope that all made sense.
