Jeeze Nelson, 10 days later you finally get a radio out...

Have you visited the new head unit's mfgr web site for an install guide?

I thought only CA kids were dense...

Hey now!

I've been working constantly at the rink, which is leaving me little time for the p-car.

i'm going to call Clarion tomorrow to double check that i can color-match and splice the wires.

Besides, if i lived in CA i coulkd have just left my car outside for 5 min and the radio would have been gone.

The new radio should have come with a little harness that has short wire ends that you can splice into your existing ones.

Well... I finally got some time to work on the car tonight, and i got the new radio in and completed. I love the look of the new radio (it changes colors every few sec. and has sweet screensavers as well), and LOVE the sound that it produces.

I found the amp last year while vaccumning the carpets, and figured that it was pretty useless for this radio, so i wouldn't hook it up. BUT>>>I thought about it more and decided to trace all of the hack-job wiring and hook it up properly to utilize it's full power (maybe it'll add a few HP?? LOL!).

After i recieve my new armrest hinge, AGLA shift boot, RENNBAY shifter insert, and dye my LLoyds mats, and hardwire my radar detector i believe that my interior will be finished! (for now...)
