Default Rice or nice? ROUND 2

Ok so the white was a little bleh.... so this is what I came up with!

Not completely done, but you get the idea. Still need headliner a-pillar trim and gotta do something with the rear seat area. and have some touch ups to do on the door (tweeter still has some burgundy)

I got the wheel because it feels AMAZING. Seriously it feels great. Also has the horn pad so it doesnt look as much like a racing wheel to me.

Funny you should mention that, as I have cup wheels now also! I wasnt too hot on the silver at first but I really like it now... and it adds to the feel. I feel less inclined to care about the looks of the steering wheel because it has so much driver contact that it needs to be really ergonomic.

i could see that. i also have a momo wheel, but it's much smaller.

it's probably just my being used to my interior.

there are days when i wish my steering wheel wasnt so damn hard, tho.

otherwise, looks like it's coming along nicely.

So has your girlfriend complained about strapping into the 5 points yet? I ended up buying some 993 seats and selling the racing seats.

Yeah, its allot better than it was last time I posted. Whew.

I went to a tuning shop in atl and tried every aftermarket wheel they had from every maker they had and I like this one the best. Not a small price tag, but worth it to me.

Nah she loves it... she helped me pick those out along with the steering wheel. She likes that the passenger seat is bolted in place the way she likes it.

JGporsche: I think it was racingseatsusa.com

free shipping made things easier.

JMporsche: mine likes the "safe" feeling. I left that sides airbag in too just for added safety.

That wheel is absolutely gorgeous. And I agree that horn buttons look dumb in normal cars - pads are better.

I do like that wheel. Nice choice. It reminds me of the 997 wheel.
