Although I don't possess the skills, on another forum I'm on we had some troll doing this kind of crap. A couple of the guys tracked him down via his IP address, and found out a SCARY amount of stuff about him. Posted it all online, like his home adress phone number, where he worked. It was pretty bad online ownage.

From the Rennlist Charter:
If you have been banned by Rennlist and attempt to register again using some means to get around the ban, such as using another email address, you agree to a $5,000 dollar reinstatement fee. You also agree that any disputes will be resolved in New Hampshire courts.
