I just wanted to throw this out there to see what kind of interest there is to do Rennstock again this year?

It would be at the Gainesville(FL) Raceway road track again. We need 20 participants @ $100 each. You would get 40 min of track time ( 2 on the track at a time) in two 20 min sessions. You pick who you want to run with or run solo for a single 20 min session. Basically the same deal as last year but without the rain. Bon fire and BBQ at my place Saturday night after the track.

It would be in late Feb or early March. All car types are welcome this year as long as you are a Porsche guy (or girl) at heart. So.. lets see a show of hands who would like to do this again. If we get enough people then I will setup www.rennstock.com and get in contact with the track.

I'm in atlanta and would like to try to attend. What possible dates?

 

Depending upon the date, and whether or not I am deployed, I would attend for the festivities, not necessarily the track.

 

I need a tow vehicle! i could probably go, but then that'd mean I would have to bring the wife, kids, and dogs.... and then dropping them off in Jacksonville on the way down........ all of the "tagalongs" won't fit in the p-car.....hmmmmm what to do.

 

I am not sure on the date. I have to get with the track and see what is available for us. The range I am looking into is late Feb or early March.

I am assuming, from the people I have already talked to, that we will have at least half of the people from last year back. Show me about 10 new faces that it is "likely" they can and would want to attend and I will move ahead with possible track dates.

looks like 3 maybe 4 new guys so far. Get some more people together willing to come from the Atlanta area and I will get the ball rolling on Monday with some possiable hard dates.
