i have what you need but wont be able to mail it out until friday. They are the not OEM bolts, but just as good grade 8.8 zinc plated bolts. The only problem you may have is the bolts have a larger head that the typical seat bolts. This may cause a problem (in that the head is taller) but i dont think it will.

Where in NJ are you? I am located at the Bronx side of Throggs Neck bridge during the week at school. (SUNY Maritime). Mapquest 6 Pennyfield Ave in Throggs Neck NY and see how far away you are. You could come pick them up if you want, but i dont have time to get to the post offce until the end of this week.

Thanks for the offer Tec..However Im almost positive they wont work..Im using them on aftermarket seats and the problem is I cant fit any type of tool in between the bottom part of the seat and the rail once I start to hand tighten the screws..With the stock allen type bolts,I will be able to trim an allen key and fit it between the two parts so I can tighten em down..I know it sounds confusing but I know what I have to do..Anyone else??

What i have are allen head bolts. The only difference between them and the stock bolts is these have a taller head.

Remember not to tighten the bolts too much, as they aren't that strong. My 924 still has a wobbly passenger seat, even though you would think 3 bolts are enough...

Lowe's should have that.....did you look in the little drawers? I found various lengths there when I replaced my seats with Corbeaus and needed longer bolts. I'd give you mine....but I don't think I could find them.

I just picked some up yesterday from Lowes, they are located in the drawers they are M6 x 20mm, 2 in a pack. Just ask someone in Lowes to help you find them in the drawers if you cannot locate the Aisle with the draws in, it is in the hardware section, but not well marked.

Yes,I checked Lowes..They have plenty of bolts with the correct thread pattern,size/length,ect..But non with the allen head on them..Strictly hex, flathead, and phillips...Techno,I'll give yours a try as Im desperate and have nothing to lose..My seats are only being secured by the fronts on each seat and its only a matter of time before I go flying and wind up in the hatch area with the seat ..Send me your Paypal addy..Thanks..

You may also want to give StableEnergies in NNJ a try.

http://www.stableenergies.com/

If you come pick them up you can have the bolts for free. $10 only if i need to ship them. Getting to the post office in the heart of the Bronx is a pain in the ***, mainly because there is nowhere to park.

I have found these invaluable in removing the seat bolts:

Sears Bit Wrench

They offer a 3 piece, with 2 different offsets and a straight one. Just add the appropriate bit and you are set.

As for the bolts I found them in black at a local indy hardware store. Grade 12.9 as stamped. Check the phone book for 'fasteners'.

Most ACE hardware stores have a pretty good metric selection.
